Marisa Miller Wolfson will be demo-ing a version of the main dish that she’s been wowing vegan and non-vegan family alike at the holidays for 15 years: Rosemary- and Macadamia-Encrusted Seitan (or Tofu) with With White Wine Leek Sauce.
Chefs Miyoko from Miyoko’s Creamery, Iona Campbell and Kalie Marden from Renegade Food will help us create a beautiful cheese & charcuterie spread as an appetizer and Three Sticks enologist (that means wine scientist!) Emily Wiemer will be on hand to offer tasting notes and highlights some Three Sticks’ favorite vegan wines.
